John Redd, is the Director of Golf at Tour Program Golf located in Florida at World Woods Golf Club. He has dedicated over 20 years to learning the mechanical skills of a great golf swing and helping players improve their golf games. He has helped players from the PGA, LPGA, Senior PGA, European, Asian, and Canadian Tours and Teaching Professionals from across the country.

John  teaches a zero compensation single-axis golf swing and is considered by many professional golfers to be the finest wedge, short game, and putting coach existing today. Up-and-coming players, both amateur and professional, work with him to improve their game.

Matthew Withington MS MHC grew up in the 1000 Islands region of Northern New York, where he started to ski race at the age of 12, eventually taking the opportunity to hone his skills as a competitive athlete, training at the Olympic facilities in Lake Placid, New York. 

Matt went on to achieve his undergraduate degree from the University of Denver and his Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. 

As Director of Junior and Amateur Development for Martha Cobo Sports Performance, LLC, Matt positively affects the performance of his clients through customized programs based on each individual's specific needs.  He has extensive experience teaching golfers of all skill levels and ages. His Junior athletes have captured numerous regional, state and national titles.
