What if I need this to work fast? My bed is empty right now.
We specialize in fast fills. Most providers get their first tour within 10-14 days of joining. If you have an urgent vacancy, choose the 3-Tour Package and mention urgency in your intake form. We'll prioritize your delivery.
How do I know these tours are actually qualified?
Every tour is pre-qualified and screened before it’s scheduled. That means the family is private-pay, aligned with your pricing, has care needs you can support, is actively looking to move, and confirms attendance ahead of time. If a family shows up unqualified or doesn’t attend, it does not count toward your guaranteed tours.
What if I only have one open room and don't need all three tours?
Most providers fill a vacancy within three tours, but the guarantee ensures you’re never forced to rush a decision or accept a poor fit. If your room fills before all tours are completed in the program, remaining qualified families are added to your waiting list at no additional cost. You can reach out to them at any time since you will have met them and have their information.
How is this different then a placement agency or a referral partner?
Placement agencies charge $6,000-10,000 per placement and control the process. We charge $5,500 for 3 tours, YOU control everything, and there are zero placement fees no matter who moves in.
How much time will this require from me and my staff?
Very little. We handle outreach, screening, qualification, scheduling, and tour confirmation. Your role is simply to be prepared and responsive for tours, share details on your home, and ensure you provide a wonderful experience to families touring.
What if my availability or situation changes during the program?
That’s completely fine. If timelines shift or you need to reschedule tours, we adjust accordingly. You are never locked into a fixed schedule or forced to accept tours that no longer make sense. You stay in control of availability at all times.
What if I need more tours in the future?
Once you complete the 3-Tour Package, you can request additional tours anytime within 12 months for a flat fee of $500 per tour (80% savings vs our regular $2,500 rate). Or upgrade to VIP Unlimited for unlimited tours all year.
